Mathew is a seasoned labor and employment litigator with over a decade of trial experience in both state and federal courts.

As a Field Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, Mathew investigated and prosecuted hundreds of employers for unlawfully retaliating against and unjustly terminating employees. Prior to entering government service, he defended low-income tenants in eviction courts throughout Los Angeles County and worked for a boutique plaintiff-side civil rights and employment law firm.

Before attending law school, Mathew worked as a community organizer in Brooklyn, New York.
